Kimo Estate has its first Hut ready for you to stay in. JR's Eco Hut as its none by is the first of three of this design to be built around the amazing property just outside Gundagai on Nangus Road.

We often talk about in the office when designing for unique locations that we want to create both a journey and an experience, a gradual unveiling if you will. Jaclyn created this video when she stayed at Kimo recently and we believe she has unveiled the building, its location and the views beyond beautifully. It put a big smile on our face. Eastern Beach renovation was originally designed as a single storey bedroom, laundry and garage to the rear, new balconies to the front and full renovation of the interior.
Currently under construction (framing stage), a last minute change was just implemented, another bedroom at first floor level to the rear.
