View of #lansburycrescentresidence from the neighbours. The building’s split over 4 main levels from garage at the bottom to the master bedroom at the top. By following the fall of the property, the building remains relatively unobtrusive to the adjacent properties.

Kimo Estate are getting ready to add two more of these great little huts to their property. The huts will be on their own secluded hills with amazing new views to experience. Looking forward to our next site visit @kimoestate

Mezzanine bookcase with pivoting privacy panels at the Ascot Vale townhouse renovation. It will look the part when the books go in and the rolling ladder is attached. Previous post included the 3D visuals.

This a renovation to a townhouse in Ascot Vale that we completed the design for in 2017. The connection between the garage and the roof top terrace have been delayed for a possible stage two build but the kitchen, laundry, bookcase etc are nearing completion. The challenges of working on tight, narrow sites often force good design outcomes that would not have necessarily been thought of without these constraints.

Sometimes site works are required. Excavation and retention at #lansburycrescentresidence taking shape now.

New house design for Bellbrae (near Torquay). The design features short span single width spaces which form separate, dedicated courtyards. Courtyards provide wind protection from the valley beyond at the same time allowing passive solar design principles for the internal spaces.
